Did ye manage to take that shot with a regular consumer digital camera? Since consumer cameras (ie. ones that don't allow you to adjust things manually) just tend to focus on the whole scene and don't do that whole foreground vs. background thing.
yeah I know what you mean, actually the cam I used had the feature allowing me to focus on objects...at times limiting and other times really annoying (i.e I tried to take a distance shot of my car while trying to place my hand in front of the car making it look like it was held b/w my finger n thumb but i ended up focusing on my hand and the car was out of focus)
