I stood before him, that crowded night
his fists wrapped up tight
his face straight, eyes burning.
he stood before me, that crowded night
my fists clenched tight
my head cocked to the side, eyes daring.
we stood before eachother, the crowded crowd watching
easy...easy
It's all facade, IT'S ALL FACADE!
we would of killed over facade
words were exchanged
"step down, she's with me"
"Is that how you talk to me?"
"I won't ask again"
...

easy...easy
it's all facade, IT'S ALL FACADE!
make up something, to prove nothing.

He saw me after I had it with my pipe
he grilled me, with his burniging eyes
slightly altered I wasn't feeling ripe
was busy coughing out my sighs

met ourselves today
buffered by a mutual known
I understood the Toronto man
a father of a 3 yr old
I met my enemy
not much older than me
roughly silent imposingly bold.

it's all facade, IT'S ALL FACADE!

We joked
we who were willing
we threatened eachother
we who would of fought
now made fun of the idea
